All payments made to ValimaTech Innovations are non-refundable, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Project cancellation by the client
- Delays caused by client non-responsiveness
- Dissatisfaction with creative preferences that were not previously communicated.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, access, and materials required for the timely delivery of services. Delays in client response may affect timelines and deliverables.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, and designs created by ValimaTech Innovations remain the property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership will be transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in a contract.
